Filter and Monofilament
We manufacture Flat Yarns and Monofilaments made of Nylon, PE, PP and PET. Split or crimp processing is available. The Decitex range is around 300dtex – 4,000dtex. Our Nylon flat ribbon yarn was developed as a substitute for rayon. It has a unique silky texture, and is much easier to color than overseas.
We manufacture our filter fabrics from yarn spinning to raw fabric, all done in our integrated production plant. We can produce value-added filters by applying antibacterial or antifungal drugs to the fibers and meet customer demands such as the color and number of filters to be used.
