Our paper sack products are certified ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 Version 5.1 which states that our paper sacks are safe to use for food products, milk and cocoa. In addition to foodstuffs, our paper sacks are suitable for industrial products such as animal feed, chemical, pharmaceuticals, cement, asphalt, mining and others.

Our Quality
The manufacture of safe packaging and packaging materials is a critical part of ensuring the integrity and safety of the food supply chain. The packaging for food and feed has many assential functions from protecting its contents againts contamination of damage, leakage or loss, to providing a show case for the marketing of the product to the consumer and the provision of obligatory product information. Packaging can however present its own risks to the product if innapropriate of unsanitary components are used which may result in the contamination of the product from toxins, chemical migration or breakages from the use of fragille glass or hard plastics.
FSSC 22000 provides a certification scheme that incorporates an in-depth hazard analysis in a robust food safety management system to control the food safety hazards, minimize risks and assure the production of safe packaging and packaging materials.
PT Hagihara Westjava Industries is the first Paper Sack in Indonesia has been certified FSSC 22000, which ensures our paper sack is safe for food products including milk and cocoa.

Metal Detector
We use metal detectors to detect contamination in the form of metal on the paper bag before sending it to the customer.
Drop Test Machine
The drop test machine is used to test the strength and resistance of the paper sack when the product is filled.
Slip Test Machine
To ensure that the anti-slip paper sack works well, we use a slip test machine as a tester.
